Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked pumpkin
    3 cups chicken stock or broth
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1-1/2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Puree' pumpkin and chicken stock. Pour into large saucepan, simmer over medium heat. Stir in cream and spices, heat through. Mix well and remove from heat.

Makes 4 hearty servings.
