Introduction

Add a bit of *zing* to your salmon (my kids LOVE it)! Add a bit of *zing* to your salmon (my kids LOVE it)!

Ingredients

    1 lb. of salmon fillets - I use the ones that are frozen

    4 TB (1 TB for each fillet) of Agave Nectar

    4 tsp (1 tsp for each fillet) of Honey Mustard

Directions

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.

Take the unfrozen fillets and put them in a baking dish pre-sprayed with PAM.

Coat the fillets with the honey mustard and agave nectar.

Half-way through (6 min.) flip the fillets and recoat them using the "juice" in the baking dish.

Enjoy! I usually serve with broccoli and brown rice.
