Ingredients
-
1/2 cup dry Quick Oats
1/2 cup Fresh or frozen berries of your choice
1/2 cup Skim milk (can be made with water instead)
2 teaspoons Light brown sugar (or honey, but nutritional information will differ)
Directions
1. If you're using frozen berries, heat them in a saucepan with just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
2. After berries are unthawed, add the oats and milk. More or less milk can be used, depending on how thick you like your oatmeal. This may also be made with water instead of milk.
3. Cook oats to desired consistency and add the brown sugar (more or less may be used, depending on your tastes.)

I have had it every day for breakfast since I found it. I eat around 7 and it keeps me full til 1! It ends up being a large portion. I usually only eat half and finish the rest at 10 or so.
