Ingredients

    6 English Muffins cut in half
    1 tbs garlic butter
    1 package frozen spinach, thawed and rid of liquid
    1 onion finally chopped
    1 cup Mozarella cheese, from skim milk
    0.25 cup graded parmesan cheese
    0.50 cup light mayonaise

Directions

Cut English muffins in half and butter with garlic butter.
Mix drained spinach, onion,mozarella and parmesan cheese, and mayonaise in a bowl.
Spread mixture evenly on cut English muffins.
Freeze each item before cooking. Can keep frozen until ready to cook entrées.
Heat oven at 400 F. Put in oven frozen and cook for 25 minutes, until cheese-spinash mixture top appears light brown. Remove from oven allow a few minutes to cool and ENJOY!
