Ingredients

    12 ounces crab
    1 14 oz can chicken broth
    1 14 oz can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced (or 3/8 tsp powder)
    1 tsp Old Bay
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 Tbl oil
    8 oz. pasta

Directions

Saute garlic and onion, add tomatoes, chicken broth and spices and simmer until thickened. Right before serving add crab and heat through.

    Incredible!
    I love this recipe! I used fat free chicken broth to cut the calories further and I didn't have any Old Bay seasoning so I used the spices that usually go into the seasoning. I think I used more than 1 tsp of the spices all together but did not add any additional salt. Very good. I used wheat pasta - 3/10/11
