Ingredients

Use this recipe when you have a good-sized collection of overripe bananas in your freezer!
2 c. flour (1 c. whole wheat w/ 1 c. all-purpose or use all wheat)
1 c. organic sugar
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
5-7 mashed, thawed overripe bananas
1/2 c. light butter
3 Tbsp. milk
4-5 egg whites
¾ bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Oven- 350’. Combine 1 c. of flour with sugar, powder, soda, and salt. Add banana. Add butter/margarine & milk. Beat till blended; then 2 minutes faster. Add eggs and rest of flour and chocolate chips. Blend. Pour into two greased loaf pans, or four mini-loafs and one large loaf. Bake 50 minutes. Let cool. Wrap and store overnight or eat warm! Makes 2 loaves, or 32 small slices.
