Ingredients

    1/2 cup white wine
    1 1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 tsp dried tarragon
    2 Tbsp fresh dill


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Fish should marinade for at least one hour before cooking.
