Introduction

Some mornings I just don't have the time to make and eat breakfast AND coffee, so I combine the two in a smoothie! Some mornings I just don't have the time to make and eat breakfast AND coffee, so I combine the two in a smoothie!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 frozen banana (peeled and broken into chunks before freezing)
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 packet of Starbucks Via instant coffee
    1 cup of Silk Lite Chocolate soy milk
    large pinch of cinnamon
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    __________________
    2 heaping Tbsp Protein Powder
    1 large handful of fresh spinach or kale
    2 Tbsp Flax oil
    1 serving liquid Vitamin D

Directions

Combine all ingredients in Vitamix.
Slowly turn up the power all the way.
Jab with tamper until smooth.

Makes 2 servings.

*Most of the fat comes from the flax seed oil and the protein powder. Both can be omitted.
