    1/4 cup Dannon light n fit vanilla yogurt
    1/4 cup 1% milk (you can sub fat free if you like but this is what I used to calculate cuz it is what I drink)
    1 fresh medium banana (for a more icy texture you can chunk and then freeze the banana first)
    1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
    1 Tbsp old fashion oatmeal
    2 ice cubes


place all ingredients in a blender and turn it on. You can also use a stick blender for this if it is strong enough to handle the ice. The peanut butter adds protein which really helps in the morning, not to mention some "good" fats to your diet. The oatmeal really gives it a good texture.
