Ingredients

    150gm Low fat strawberry yogurt (yoplait Elivae)
    230gm Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Dairy Farmer's)
    15gm Plain Protein Powder (Natures Way)
    110gm Almond Meal (Sunbeam)
    30gms Butter
    14gm Gelatine
    1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve gelatine

Directions

Prepare a tin/dish by lining it with plastic wrap so as the mixture does not stick to the sides or bottom. Melt butter in microwave. Blend with almond meal until combined and crumbly. Coat the bottom of the dish with the almond meal mix and press to form a base with a lip around the edge. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Place cottage cheese, yogurt protein powder & dissolved gelatine in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour over your almond base and place in the refridgerator to set for about 40 minutes.
