    2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
    4 large potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 yellow onion
    1 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
    1 cup water


Peel and quarter potatoes, place in crock pot
Peel and slice carrots (I do strips), place in crockpot
Cut pork tenderloin in half, place on top of veggies
Combine soup mix and water, stir, and pour over meat
Slice up onions and place over meat
Cook in Crockpot on high 5-6 hours or low for 10-12 hours, or until meat thermometer reads between 160-170 degrees.

    I make this with red skinned potatoes instead, & no onion (only cause I don't like onions...but I bet if you do it's a great addition) and instead of water you mix the dry lipton onion soup with a can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom's seriously to die for. - 3/3/11
