Introduction

Very Garlicky. You can always adjust the amount of garlic. Traditionally this is served with olive oil drizzled over the top, but I did not include that in the nutrition info. Ingredients

    2 16oz cans Chickpeas
    4 - 6 cloves of garlic
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    3/4 cup Tahini
    1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions

Drain and dry Chickpeas, reserving liquid. Mince garlic in food processor, add peas and mince, scraping down sides as needed. Add salt, Tahini and lemon juice, mix and taste. Add enough of the reserved liquid to make a thick creamy consistency. Garnish w/ cayenne pepper. Makes sixteen 1/4 cup servings (4 cups)
