Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (80 Calorie Breasts)
    Whole Grain Minute Rice - 1.5 Cups (uncooked)
    Aylmer Accents Spicy Red Pepper Tomatoes (The whole can about 2.5 Cups)
    Black Beans - One can, about 2 cups
    Banana Peppers - About 15 Pepper Rings


Directions

Make Rice as per directions on box

Stir Fry chicken from frozen with no added fat (From frozen tends to keep it juicier)

Add beans, tomatos and peppers once chicken is cooked through

Add rice

tir and let simmer about 10 minutes. If it gets dry, add a little juice from the pepper rings

Makes about 12 - 3/4 cup servings (Approximately, I used a soup ladle to seperate mine into servings and my personal soup ladle holds about 3/4 of a cup :)
