Ingredients

    1 cup fresh corn
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 cup chopped purple onion
    1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    3 cups chopped ret tomatoes
    1 cup (3 lrg) jalapenos (cut small as possible - no seeds)
    2 tbsp - Fat Free italian Dressing (optional)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

All need to be chopped fine but you can make this more chunky if you prefer, either way is great. I love the fact that you can add ot substitute any of the ingredients....Make it your own
