Introduction

Ingredients

    Olive oil- 1tbsp
    Minced garlic- 1tsp
    1 large White Onion (chopped)
    1/2 Bell pepper (chopped)
    18 oz ground beef
    Tomato Paste -3- 6oz. cans
    Tomato sauce-4- 4oz cans
    Diced Tomato- 1- 12-16 oz. can
    Red Cooking Wine- 4 oz
    Beef Broth- 3 cups
    Oregano -1 tbsp
    Basil- 1 tbsp
    Black Pepper- 1 tbsp (to taste)

Directions

In large skillet , saute' minced garlic in olive oil, then add green peppers and onions until onions are transparent. Brown meat in this mixture. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and diced tomato and spices. Then transfer to a crock pot and add beef broth. Cook on low for 6 hours until it thickens. Enjoy!
