Anyone can stir fry! This quick fuss-free recipe uses less ingredients than other versions, and still has incredible flavour! It's easy, healthy and delicious, with 46g protein, lots of fibre, a good dose of healthy fats, and heaps of potassium, vitamin C and vitamin A. Anyone can stir fry! Ingredients

300g lean beef, cut into thin strips
300g broccoli, cut into small florets
2 portions straight-to-wok noodles (I use thick Udon noodles)
5 or 6 scallions/spring onions, cut into ribbons (40g calculated)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
chopped chili to taste
2 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp red wine vinegar
Directions
On a medium heat, stir fry garlic, ginger and chilli in olive oil until soft and aromatic.
Add beef strips, turn the heat up, and fry until sealed all over. Add scallions and stir in.
Add broccoli, soy sauce and vinegar, and a splash of water, and stir fry approx 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Add noodles and sesame oil to stir fry and heat through.
Serve, with sesame seeds scattered over the top.
