Introduction
This gluten free bread rises well and is designed for a bread machine. It works for packed sandwiches without drying out! Ingredients

Water - 1 1/3 cup (110')
Eggs - 3 (room temp)
Oil - 3 tbl
cider vinegar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 3 tbl
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Dry milk - 1/2 cup
White rice flour - 2 cup
Potato starch flour 1 1/4 cup
Sorghum flour 1/3 cup
Tapioca Flour 1/2 cup
Xanthan gum 1 tbl
Yeast - 4 1/2 tsp (2 packets)
Directions
Put wet ingredients followed by dry ingredients into bread machine. Make sure liquids are warm enough for yeast to rise and dry ingredients are measured exactly.
Mix dough for 10 minutes, let rise for 20 minutes then bake for 50 minutes - or use similar GF cycle. Let cool on rack for 30 minutes before slicing. Slice in half and then slice each half into 8 think slices.
