If your in the mood for pasta with alfredo sauce this is a lowfat version. This is way less fat than you would be served at a restaurant and tastier. Without the fat pooling in your dish. Ingredients

    10 3/4 oz can of cream of broccoli soup
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 non fat milk
    whole wheat blend rotini
    1 tblsp butter
    vegetable (your choice)
    1lb chicken breast no skin cut into bite size pieces
    garlic and pepper to taste
    olive oil 1 tbls

Directions

melt butter into saucepan
combine soup,parmesan cheese and milk to boiling, turn to low stirring occasionaly
Heat pasta according to package directions
the last 4 min. add vegetables to boiling pasta
saute chicken with olive oil until no longer pink
Drain pasta and vegetables
Pour soup mixture into pasta and vegetables mix well
