Ingredients

    1 cup diced carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup diced onion
    4 small beef bouillon cubes
    4 small chicken bouillon cubes
    6 1/2 oz pearl barley
    3 qt. water
    1 lb. stew meat
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Saute beef with onion
2. Put all ingredients in stew pot
3. Simmer for 30 mins

Makes 16 1-cup/ladle servings
