Introduction
I reduced the sugar in these....and added Butterscotch chocolate chips instead of raisins...just to make the kids happy!They are delicious served as a muffin on the go , or pour some home made custard over them and have them as a dessert. Ingredients

All purpose Flour - 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, unpacked
Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp
Egg whites,-2
Dairyland skim milk - 1/2 cup
Pumpkin puree - CANNED- 1 cup
Canola Oil, 0.25 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Chipits Butterscotch Chips, 8 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F /200C
Grease muffin tin, or line with paper cups and spray
1.Combine wet ingredients and whisk together in a measuring jug.
2. combine dry ingredients in large bowl, and make a well in the center....
3. Pour wet ingredients into well and mix with fork, until combined.
4 scoop into muffin tins , divide mixture between 12 muffin cups and bake in preheated oven for 15- 20 minutes
These are great just on their own , or turn them into a dessert by serving them slightly heated with warm home made custard as a dessert on a cold winter night.
