    1 cup Egg Beaters
    1/4 cub nonfat milk
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    10 slices bread


Mix together all ingredients but the bread.

Dip both sides of the bread in the mixture and place on a skillet. Cook each side until golden brown.
