Ingredients

    Pesto Base
    1 Cup Fresh Basil
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    1 TBLS Pine Nuts
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1/2 Tsp salt
    Finished Pesto
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
    1 TBLS Romano Cheese grated
    1.5 TBLS butter softened (not melted)



Directions

Add Pesto base and blend in processor until almost smooth. Add the finished pesto ingredients in blender. Put in by TBLS in ice cube trays to freeze. Once frozen take out and put in plastic baggie to use one at a time. Makes 10 TBLS. I usually cut in half when using for single serving on pasta.
