Ingredients

    1c. baby carrots, cut in halves
    2 potatoes, mediun chopped
    3/4c. celery, chopped
    1/2c. onions, chopped
    1 zuchini, sliced
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can sweet yellow corn
    2 strips bell pepper
    3 tsp Better Than Bouillon beef base
    about 2 quarts water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat water in pot (enough to cover the vegetables) and alle ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 5 servings
