Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Crushed Tomatoes,1 can
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cab
    Beef, tip round, 1.5 lb

Directions

This can be made in a slow cooker or on the stove. The slow cooker method will make the beef very tender.

Slow cooker method:
1. put first bag of veggies with one can of tomatoes in the pot.
2. Place half of chopped onion in the pot
3. Place beef on top of first layer of veggies and onion.
4. Place other half of chopped onion on top of beef.
5. Put the other bag of veggies and can of tomatoes in the pot.
6. Season with herbs and spices to your liking. I usually put some kind of herb (parsley, basil...) in at this point. I wait until it is completely done before putting in salt and pepper.

Stove Top Method:
1. Brown the beef.
2. Throw everything in a pot and let it cook on medium heat for around an hour.
