Ingredients

    I large bunch broccoli
    Salt & pepper to taste (I use 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper)
    2 Tbs olive oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

cut the head of broccoli into florets and stalks
mix the seasonings and olive oil together
toss all to coat and combine
roast in a 425 oven until nicely caramelized (15 - 20 minutes approximately)
