Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    2 15.5 oz. Cans Garbanzo Beans (drained)
    1/2 t. Sesame Oil
    Juice of 1 Lemon
    3 Cloves Garlic (roasted in microwave for 45 seconds)
    1 Vegetable Boullion Cube dissolved in 3/4 c. water
    1/4 to1/2 t. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (according to taste)
    1/2 t. Salt
    1/4 t. Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Add salt and pepper as needed. Makes 8 servings.

    This was great. I took it to a super bowl party with raw veggies for dipping. It was a hit. I used dried hummus mix that I buy in bulk. it was great. - 2/7/10
