Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Kidney beans, 1 can
    Red pepper, 1 half, chopped
    Baby Carrots, 8 chopped
    Chilli powder, 1 tsp
    Mild Salsa, 0.5 cup
    Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 0.5 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove, diced
    Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 1 can
    Salt & pepper to flavor
    Shredded Cheese

Directions

Chop/dice necessary ingredients

Brown turkey

Place half of everything except the turkey and cheese in the crock pot, then add the turkey, then add the remainder of ingredients

Cooked in a crock pot on low for 6-8 hrs or 4-6 hrs on high

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top, tortilla chips of your preference optional

** My version is lower sodium then this calculates, I use low sodium broth & unsalted corn, I just didn't have time to add those to the food bank.
