Introduction

Great creamy beans that make a meal in itself. Add salsa, cilantro, fresh chopped onions, and/ or a lean mean to make a great easy meal. Try avocado too! Ingredients

    2 c. peruvian beans
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp chicken bouillon
    1 med onion, chopped
    2 tsp canola oil
    1 tsp salt

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and fill to top with water. Cook on high for 3- 4 hours.
