Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * *Canola Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Cod (fish), 2 fillet (remove)
    * black pepper, 1 serving (remove)
    * Lucky Fish Sauce 1 tbspn 15g, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    * lee kum kee minced garlic, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Marinate Cod for a Hrs or Min depending preference for intensity in taste. Marinate Cod in 1-2 teaspoons of Fish sauce

On medium high heat, start with 1 tbspn of oil, sear cod until slightly golden on the edges. lower heat to cook thoroughly.

With cod in pan, add onion, minced garlic, peppers.

You can add another tbspn of fish sauce to taste.

Voila! Done :) Enjoy.
