Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Fresh banana
    1 TBL packed Brown Sugar
    4 sheets Phyllo Dough
Butter flavored Spray (i used Parkay zero calorie butter spray)
    Cinnamon

    For Dip
1 cup low fat Vanilla yogurt
    1 TBL honey
    1 TBL cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Lay one sheet of phyllo out on a large work surface. Spray with butter spray. Lay another sheet of phyllo on top of it and spray again with butter spray. Cut the dough long-wise into two equal pieces. Do the same with the two remaining sheets.

Cut a banana lengthwise, and then in half. Sprinkle a little of the brown sugar on the end of one strip of phyllo and lay a banana on top. Fold over the sides and then roll up to form a packet shape. Repeat with the remaining bananas. Spray with a little more cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until crisp, about 12 minutes.

For the Dip
Mix the yogurt, honey and cinnamon completely and serve with the cooled egg rolls!

You could also add chocolate to the inside of these egg rolls for a higher calorie treat!
