Ingredients

    1/4 fresh lemon
    16 oz raw shrimp cleaned and deveined
    160z dry sea scallops
    1/8 cup sun dried tomatoes
    10 cloves garlic slices paper thin
    2 tbsp olive oil
    15 pats of butter
    red pepper flakes or cayene pepper to taste
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/4 cup parmesian cheese
    2 cups spelt pasta

Directions

saute garlic and shrimp in oil then squeeze fresh lemon on shrimp- remove from pan
coat pan with spray olive oil
sear scallops until golden on both sides (dry sea scallops) squeeze fresh lemon on the cooked scallops
add in shrimp and garlic, sun dried tomatoes, butter, wine and red pepper flakes or cayene pepper to taste
simmer for short time while stirring ingredients

serve over spelt pasta then sprinkle with parmesian cheese
