Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Ground Pork, 16 oz
    Onion, medium, chopped
Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) chopped
    Campbell's Tomato Soup, 1 can
    Water, tap, 1 can
    Rice, 1/4 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup, shredded

Directions

Combine sausage and onion in skillet, cook until browned; drain.

Add tomato soup and water and bring to a boil. Add rice and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Place cabbage in a large backing dish. Sprad meat mixture evenly over cabbage. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted...about 10 to 15 more minutes.

Note: For fewer calories, use ground turkey or hamburger. For a wild and tastier meal, use the sausage with bacon in it. Be sure to recalculate your meal when using the different meats.
