Introduction

This is a great recipe with or without feta cheese (my family perfers no feta 'cos feta can be stinky when it cooks) - fast to prep, I like it served with a mango chutney or salsa topper. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb (450g) EXTRA LEAN minced or ground turkey
    2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    * or spices as desired - Italion etc

Directions

mix together and seperate into 4 quarters, form into 4 patties (ido smaller ones for the kids) , Heat a nonstick fry pan over med heat, spray with non stick spray, add patties cook 4-5 min each side or until no longer pink in the middle,

Serve on buns and topped with Mango Chutney or Salsa
