1/3 lb. skinless chicken breast
1 cup Birds Eye Oriental Style Stir Fry Vegetables
1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tbls. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Canola Oil
1 tbls. water
Directions
Makes 1 serving
1. Cut chicken into strips
2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat
3. Add chicken and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds or until no longer pink on the surface.
4. Add vegetables, ginger and garlic.
5. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender.
6. Add water and soy sauce. Cover and steam for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender but still crisp.
