Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 C Vegetable Oil
    4 oz unsweeted chocolate, melted
    2 C sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 C flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 C powdered sugar

Directions

Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into chocolate/oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Drop teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar and roll until covered. Shape into balls. Place about 2" apart on greased baking sheet (or parchment paper) Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will still be soft when done baking. Do not overbake. Makes 6 doz.
