Ingredients

    1 small whole wheat bagel
    2 tbsp of fat free cream cheese
    4 thin slices of avocado
    4 thin slices of tomato
    4 thin slices of cucumber
    sprinkle of Mrs Dash original blend

Directions

Spread cream cheese on an untoasted bagel. Place slices of avocado, tomato and cucumber on top. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash on top. Cut and enjoy.
