    1 8OZ BRICK 75% REDUCED FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE
    1 PACKAGE FRESH BABY BELLA MUSHROOMS (ALREADY SLICED)


Directions

MAKE CUBES OUT OF BREAD TO MEASURE 4 1/2 CUPS
PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET AND TOAST IN 350 DEGREE OVEN
SET ASIDE TO COOL
SPRAY A BAKING DISH WITH SPRAY
BEAT 2 FRESH EGGS, THE EGG BEATERS AND MILK WITH THE MRS DASH SEASONING/BEAT WELL
THE JIMMY DEAN TURKEY SAUSAGE PATTIES HAVE 8 PATTIES. I CUT EACH IN THIRDS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS FOR EACH PATTIE.
PLACE THE FROZEN SPINACH BLOCK IN THE MICROWAVE AND DEFROST. I TOOK A PIECE OF CHEESE CLOTH, GOT IT WET AND SQUEEZED THE SPINACH DRY
IF YOU DON'T BUY THE SHREDDED CHEDDAR THAN SHRED AN 8 OZ BRICK I USED THE 75 % REDUCED FAT YELLOW CHEDDAR
IN A LARGE BOWL PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN KEEPING THE EGG MIXTURE FOR LAST
SLOWLY ADD THE EGG& MILK MIXTURE TO THE BOWL AND MIX WELL MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS SOAKED
PLACE MIXTURE IN BAKING DISH, COVER WITH FOIL AND PLACE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT
IN THE MORNING PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. PLACE THE PAN IN THE OVEN STILL COVERED WITH FOIL FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES
TAKE THE FOIL OFF THE PAN AND BAKE UNTIL EVERYTHING IS SET. IT TOOK ABOUT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES
WHEN IT IS SET, I LET IT REST FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES
I MADE 8 EQUAL CUTS BEFORE SERVING
WHEN THE PAN HAD COMPLETELY COOLED I PLACED EACH SERVING IN A BAGGIE. PLACED 3 IN FREEZER AND 4 IN FRIDGE. WHEN MORNING COMES, I PLACE THE SQUARE IN THE MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES ON 50 PERCENT POWER THAN 1 MINUTE ON HIGH...LETTING IT REST IN THE MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE
