Ingredients

    1lb sausage
    1 med onion
    1 C. shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    3 C. Milk, nonfat
    6 Eggs (Large)
    1.5 C. Bisquick
    1/4 TBSP Salt
    Dash of Pepper

Directions

Place chopped onion and sausage in skillet and cook until sausage browned. Spray 9X13 pain and spread sausage/onion mixture in bottom. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Whisk together milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage. Bake 45min at 400F.
