Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    12 tbsp flax seed meal
    4 tbsp butter
    3 med ripe bananas
    1/4 cup apple sauce
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 egg
    1/2 cup brown sugar, unpacked
    1 tsp baking soda
    pinch salt, baking powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients and spoon into a 12 muffin pan.
