Introduction

Very good and hearty stew that's great for the winder and easy on the waist-line! Very good and hearty stew that's great for the winder and easy on the waist-line!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans of black beans
    1 can of corn
    1.5 cans of diced tomato
    .5 onion diced
    1 Tbs Cumin
    1tsp Cheyenne pepper
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions

Put all of the ingredients into a medium pot and bring to a boil. You can serve with a dollop of fat free sour cream or with tortilla chips.

Serving suze is 1 cup.

*NOTE*
You can cut down on the sodium level by buying low-sodium cans & you can also dice a tomato instead of using canned
