Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Buttermilk
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbsp Honey
    1 Tbsp fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1/2 tsp dried sage
    1/2 tsp dried marjoram
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    8 boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut in half

Directions

Mix together buttermilk, mustard, honey and seasonings. Place chicken breasts in freezer bag, pour marinade over chicken breasts. Freeze, or let marinate for at least 3 hours.

Thaw, if frozen, discarding marinade. Grill over medium heat until chicken is tender and juice run clear, or bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until done.

    This is a great recipe, but when I make it I don't cut the breasts in half (we buy 6oz restaurant portions frozen). I usually bake mine covered with foil in a 375 oven for 20-25 minutes, and let them rest another 5-10 to come up to temp (180) so they don't dry out through baking. - 10/8/10
