Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breast Tenders, no skin or bones, 16 ounces
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Egg white, 3 serving
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    *Bread Crumbs, Japanese, Panko, MONTINI(1/2cp/28g), 2 cup

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Season the chicken with pepper and Mrs. Dash's table belnd. Place the egg whites in a shallow bowl. Place the panko on a plate and season as you wish. Dip the chicken tenders into the egg, then toss in the crumbs, being sure to coat fully.

Place the breaded chicken pieces on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crumbs have browned and the chicken is firm.
