Introduction

My daycare kids love it and it's healthy. Good for young and old. My daycare kids love it and it's healthy. Good for young and old.

Ingredients

    12oz Dole Frozen Raspberries
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    2 Servings Fiber One Vanilla Yougart
    2 Cups Water
    1 Egg White
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    10 pks Sweet'n low
    10 Ice Cubes

Directions

Put in blender: Milk, Watter, Egg White, Yougart, Sweet'n low, and vanilla blend on high until well blended then add raspberries continue to blend add ice cubes until thickness you want.
