Ingredients

    Baby Carrots, raw, 6 oz , sliced
    Yukon Gold Potato 22 oz, cubed
    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, sliced
    Angus stew beef, 16 oz
    *Flour, white, 0.25 cup
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Bay Leaf, 1
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Browning sauce (kitchen Bouquet) 2 tsp

Directions

Layer veggies in crockpot. Top with beef. Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over beef. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, until beef is tender. Remove and discard bay leaf and serve
makes about 7 1-cup servings
