Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of skinless chicken breast cut into strips
    One large sweet onion diced
    3 cups of sliced carrots
    16oz of sliced white mushrooms
    3T of Balsamic Vinegar
    1.5t of steak seasoning

Directions

Microwave (steam) onions, carrots and mushrooms in a covered bowl on high for 5 minutes. In a large sprayed saucepan, cook chicken with steak seasoning for 3 min turning once. Drain vegetables add to saucepan with chicken. Cover and cook 5 min. Stir in vinegar and cook 3 minutes more. Add small amount of water if needed.
