Ingredients

    4 oz Ground Buffalo (Maverick Farms) 90/10
    2 shallots (about 4 tbsp chopped)
    1 tbsp White truffle olive oil
    1 serving (4 oz) Tofu shirataki (spaghetti)
    1/4 cup Archer Farms Vodka Pasta Sauce
    salt and pepper per preference

Directions

Heat skillet with olive oil (truffle), add chopped shallots and sweat, then add the buffalo and cook till no pink. Add the Vodka pasta sauce and simmer.
plate the tofu (shirataki) spaghetti, add the buffalo and pasta sauce and cover and heat in micorwave for 1 minute.

Garnish with cheese as desired.
