Ingredients

3/4 cup all purpose flour (fortified - to match full nutritional information)
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp ground flax
1 serving Stevia baking blend (or, to taste)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 medium-sized bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or line bottom only of a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients; set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, mix butter and applesauce. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
4. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
6. Allow bread to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
