    TILAPIA, CAJUN SEASONING, MARGARINE (CAN USE LIGHT MARGARINE), AND LEMON JUICE

Directions

-PREHEAT OVEN TO 450*.
-SPRAY PAN WITH OLIVE OIL.
-PUT FILET IN PAN AND RUB WITH BUTTER, SPRINKLE WITH LEMON JUICE, AND SEASON WITH CAJUN SEASONING TO TASTE.
-PLACE PAN IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR APPROX 25 MIN OR UNTIL FISH IS WHITE AND FLAKEY AND NO LONGER OPAQUE.
