    1c + 2T whole wheat flour
    1.5T sugar
    .75t salt

    Filling:

    .75 c salsa
1c Sargento shredded mexican low fat cheese

Directions

Put all dough ingredients per instructions into bread machine and set on dough cycle.

In a sauce pan, brown the ground turkey, onion and peppers, then add spices and salsa. Remove from heat.

When dough is ready, knead on foured surface & shape into a large circle. Move onto a large round stone (pampered chef) which has been lightly sprayed with non stick spray. Put filling on one 1/2 of the circle leaving a1/2" border around the edge for sealing. Sprinkle the cheese over top of the filling and fold over the dough and seal. May need to use egg whites to seal. Top with egg whites for a crisp brown crust. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F or until crust is evenly browned. Cut into 6 slices and enjoy.
