Ingredients

3 T fish sauce
3 T soy sauce
3 T Splenda brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Red pepper cut in strips
Yellow pepper cut in strips
Frozen broccoli
1 t Hot Crushed Chillies (or to taste)
3 oz frozen shrimp
3 oz steak cooked - cut is strips
3 oz pork chop cooked - cut in strips
1 cup bean sprouts
Package Rice Noodles
Directions
Remove visible fat from steak and pork chops, grill until coooked through, cut into pieces.
Cut peppers into strips, set aside.
Defrost broccoli, set aside.
Mix Splenda, crushed chillies, fish sauce and soy sauce in bowl, stir to dissolve Splenda set aside.
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Heat wok and add olive oil and garlic, cook for about a minute, add pepper stips and cook for about a miinute, add broccoli continue tooking for a couple minutes. Add pork, steak and shrimp and pour sauce over. Continue cooking until these ingredients are heated through. Add bean sprouts and then stir in rice noodles. Continue cooking until all the ingredients are hot, stirring to coat everything in the sauce.
